Hello, my name is Bryson Cadle. I moved to Calgary when I was 18 from Prince George looking for work and I've been here ever since. I have over 2 years of mortgage experience working for TD Canada Trust and that is where I discovered that my favourite part of the job was helping people with their mortgages.
Whether it was purchasing their first home, using their equity to refinance some existing high interest debt, or plan out what they needed to do so they could qualify for a mortgage, I found I loved working on mortgages. There is where I discovered mortgage brokers. More and more I was seeing people who already had mortgages with a lot better interest rates than I could provide at the bank and they had got them through a broker. Occassionaly, I would have clients who could not meet the bank's criteria and I would have to refer them to friends of mine who where brokers and they would be able to get the mortgage done. Finally, I made the move to Canada First Mortgage where now I can access 20 different lenders to help meet my clients needs.
